SNK SWIMSUIT SPECIAL!
I decided to pay tribute to the amazing female characters SNK have created over the years. I went with the art direction of a "photoshoot" and picked 10 SNK babes to feature in the piece. As for the swimsuits, Why the hell not?!? Roll Call! (left to right) - Kasumi, Leona, Yuri, Elisabeth, Blue Mary, Mai, Shermie, B.Jenet, Whip & Athena. I wanted to finish this project before I start my fulltime work at my new company. Hence, I've self-imposed a "2 hours before bed" painting routine. Each night, I'd paint one girl before I sleep. Sometimes it would take more than 2 hours as I wanted to get the look, especially the face, right. In fact, I changed Mai's face 3 three times as she was in the middle and needed to command the whole picture.
